This fic is turning everything upside down because here Merlin is the Prince of Wales and Arthur is "only" future Earl of Pembroke. This is about the three time Merlin proposed during their relationship. This is a wonderful fic, with just enough flangst to be good, and I love the idea of a magical Prince of Wales. Very nice fic!
